Refund policy

This policy details the return and refund conditions for physical products (clothing) and digital products (instrumentals) sold on Beatspace.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (INSTRUMENTALS)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts involving the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium. Consequently, all purchases of instrumentals are final and non-refundable. No refund, exchange, or return will be accepted once the download link has been generated or sent by email. By confirming your order, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the content and waive your right of withdrawal.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (CLOTHING)

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors (perfume, tobacco), and with its tag intact.

  • Any item returned damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible in the event of a lost return package.

3. RETURN PROCEDURE

4. REFUNDS

Once the package is received, we will inspect the items. The processing time is 3 to 5 business days. If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

5. DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. After verification, we will proceed with an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
