1. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Digital Products (Instrumentals): Delivery is instantaneous. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link by email. No shipping delay applies.

Clothing (Physical Products):

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Transit Time: Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 2 to 7 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (International)
Beatspace is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order during delivery to a country outside the European Union. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (rates, taxes, etc.).
5. DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@beatspace.fr with photos of the package and the item included. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
