Terms of sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sales of clothing and digital products (instrumentals) by BEATSPACE, located at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.

Article 2 - Pricing

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the product will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 - Orders

The customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions prior to placing an order. Order confirmation, therefore, constitutes acceptance of these terms. A summary of your order information will be sent to you via the confirmation email address.

Article 4 - Payment

Confirming your order implies an obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment for your purchases is made by credit card or via the secure platforms provided on the website.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Clothing: In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Instrumentals (Digital Content): The right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible content where performance has begun after the customer's prior agreement. By purchasing an instrumental, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

Article 6 - Delivery

Physical products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the ordering process, within 2 to 7 business days. Digital products are delivered instantly via electronic means.

Article 7 - Liability

The company shall not be held liable for damages resulting from the misuse of the purchased product or for inconveniences inherent to the use of the Internet (viruses, service interruptions).
